Devon joined ORNL in 2020 and is currently the Technical Support Services Group Leader supporting the Enrichment Science and Engineering Division within the Isotope Science and Engineering Directorate. She has 13 years of experience on U.S. Department of Energy NNSA, EM, and SC projects - including quality assurance program implementation, requirements management, performance assurance, conduct of operations, work control, document control and records management, configuration management, and issues management.
Additional areas of focus include facilitation of continuous improvement initiatives, change management, and process improvement.
